Ain't So Techno Savvy

There are so many great reasons to join the 21st century and be a blogger! First the excitement to do something new. OPPORTUNITY! Second there are just not enough hours in the day, even when the most fantastic technology is at our hands. Understanding the ease of technology and how it can enrich our lives tenfold can not occur until you begin.
My life has always been focused on teaching confidence in so many venues. My own confidence to take technology by the hand in my own life has been dismal,(I hate to say) thus this beginning. It is this starting point that will make this blog ideal for those of you who like me have not been , in touch, in tune, or in sync with this evolving market. Entering the job market after a hiatus ( raising your family on unpaid leave may have left you with the short end of the stick here). The CFO position (Chief Family Officer) leaves little time for the work it takes to push buttons, connect and get acclimated to all that technology can really do for us girls....
I may be going out on a limb here but I believe the speed of this market alone has an intimidation factor especially when making big purchases. Sales people often can not relay the information in a way that makes a Mom like me want to step out on the edge and purchase their product. All of my life I have wanted to go fast, get to the next step but for some reason technology slows me down and makes me think I will miss something....
This blog spot is dedicated to women, whom like me have been so busy that understanding how using a Touch, Blackberry, or any number of products out there can organize and effectively make the driving easier, the grocery list at your finger tips and eliminate some of the paper of our lives. Hopefully many of you will join in and help educate all of us. How easy it is to begin life a new without fear when there is help on the way. I am certain technology can change your life in ways you never imagined. Like the Laws of Attraction what you seek will come your way.
I am reviewing products and the sales process to help you.My marketing career took a break to create my three sons. These little men 10 , 9, and 6 are getting ahead of me on this technology curve. My oldest understands that programming is a way to create in the same mode of that I thought purple and pink crayons were it at 10. So the speed on this curve is fast. The no brakes ahead are limitless as to what your life will be like when you are connected in new ways.
This is my first blog ever. I am a mom first, hoping my children will think I actually understand technology. The relationship I hope to create with technology is a vivid one, a blog spot an Internet business and clearly a successful fast pace opportunity to share my learning curve with my readers.
Please Post your questions and join in my search I have already been out there and feel ready to share these experiences with you. I have a feeling there will be a few experts around to help us all soon.
For all of you wondering here is our famiies snapshot of technology products. A 13 year old Gateway on the floor unconnected used last for word documents, still works... In need of new computer.... PC or MAC?
Two old used gameboys, a Gameboy XP silver old, 1 Nintendo hand held, 2 nintendo DS Lites, 1 Game Cube, 1 WII, and an Old Nintendo 64 which the kids love it was handed down. I talk on a Nokia? I am thinking of getting a new phone.... tell you later...My most recent purchase was Fuji SLR digital camera which I barely understand all of it's great functions. The boys use Dell computers at their Dad's and Grandpa's house. I have an idea of where I think our next computer purchase should be. I am sure you will all join in. I can not wait to see how this Blog develops.. Thanks for sharing.
